At Beavertown Hounds, we take great pride in caring for your pet's health and well-being. In order to ensure each pets safety, we follow a strict set of policies that have been carefully considered.

Though we strive to confirm our clients' appointments 48 hours in advance, it is the pet owner's sole responsibility to remember their appointment. We require 50% deposit on all grooms which is non-refundable if canceled less than 72hrs.

We need to know upon booking if your dog is aggressive. We put ourselves at risk and when we have an aggressive dog it requires 2 staff members for our own safety, and this must be arranged in advance.

Matting is very painful for a dog and restricts blood flow to the skin's surface. 

If your dog needs a shave-off due to matting there will be an extra £10 fee on top of the grooming price. Matting blunts our blades therefore we need to send them off to be serviced and sharpened, which costs money.

If you arrive earlier than your allocated time slot you may be asked to wait outside until your time slot.
If you arrive 15mins after your allocated time slot we may have to cancel your appointment and rearrange if we are busy. If this occurs you will lose your deposit.

If a late pick-up occurs there will be a pet sitting fee of £5 every half an hour, we do not have the capacity to hold dogs.
